Thank you for your reservation. To finalize the booking we require:

  • 30% deposit of the total rental amount
  • 50% deposit of total rental amount for Christmas / New Years Bookings

* For early bird bookings such as a year or longer in advance we can discuss a payment schedule!
Balance is due upon arrival

Conditions:

  • Deposit is forfeited unless applied to another reservation within one calendar year of date of the payment and to the same Unit.
  • Deposit for the Christmas/New Year holiday season cannot be applied to future bookings and is forfeited

Payment methods:

  • US: For guests from the US we accept wire transfers (you will find details in your confirmation notice)
  • We accept PayPal payment.

Balance upon arrival can be paid:

  • Credit card and PayPal Payment + 5% surcharge applies, Mastercard and Visa only
  • US/Euro/CAD in cash or Dominican Peso (rates fluctuate)
